Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Madeline and her husband and real estate partner, Tom, lived and worked in Seattle for over 28 years. Madeline’s extensive knowledge of the title insurance and escrow processes enables her to simplify the complex side of the business, while her marketing expertise positions sellers for success. Madeline’s real estate background also includes working for a home builder, getting a first-hand look at the construction process from the ground up, which allows her to properly advise clients’ interested in the plethora of new construction options on Florida’s Gulf Coast....
